HOME DELIVERY WITHIN EUROPE!

The products on our site will be delivered within a maximum of 5 days from placed order by the delivery method of your choice. We cannot take responsibility for any late delivery of our logistics partner. You can request the delivery at your workplace or your apartment on working days between 9.00 and 17.00.

We recommend you make sure you give an address for the delivery where our courier can find you or your representative between 9 am and 5 pm. If you choose cash on delivery, make sure to have the amount needed to pay the bill. During the ordering process, you can enter plus delivery information in the comment section (e.g. doorbell, porter, name of representative, etc). If you have any problems with the delivery, please call our contracted logistics partner’s customer service, where you can get the exact information using the tracking code provided in the confirmation letter.

Your package will always be delivered to your home or a FedEx package point. The cost of delivery is $4.90 (in case of FedEx package point) and $4.90 (in case of home delivery). However, in case of an order exceeding the total value of $49.00, the delivery is free of charge.

CASH OR CREDIT CARD PAYMENT TO COURIER (RECEIPT PAYMENT)

You pay the value of your order to the FedEx courier. Then, you will receive a receipt confirming both the reception of the package and the payment fulfilment. In the case of FedEx package points, you can pay for your package at FedEx’s contracted partners.

STRIPE / PAYPAL PAYMENT

If you choose this option, your payment will be made through Stripe’s internationally recognized, secure payment system with all the necessary authentications, where you can pay with Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express cards suitable for online payment.

FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER $49.00

We will deliver your package free of charge throughout France if the total value exceeds $49.00. In this case as well, we will send your package with FedEx courier service in the same way as for other orders under $49.00.
